So if I rekey a house with 10 different brand locks with a KW1 keyway after the customer tells me to do it or she will call someone else makes me unethical then I would suggest to all of you to snap to the point that all these customers aren't perfect, yeah right, I agree. Am I unethical because I try to help the person after explaining the faults, No, I don't think so. You are real jerks if you think I am. Hell I'm not stupid. Not everyone can afford perfect security. I do the best I can to balance security and cost to the customer. Joe you're a real hard ass and Norman you're a want to be jerk!

in my opinion, that is not giving professional service. if a locksmith does something that he or she knows has securtiy faults. then its highly unethical because he or she is knowingly giving the customer false security. two wrongs don't make it right. I would let the customer call someone else.

I don't think you're stupid Glen. however, if one gives the customer false security? thats not really giving the customer security at all.

what ? just because you have a different opinion ?
