Re: Need an opinion

the main entrance doors are ? solid metal or wood? or glass?

the AMOUNT of use of the interior doors? maybe a grade 2 would do... bottom line, a lot of 'foot traffic' in and out, all the time, says grade 1 IMO... an 'office setting', that does NOT get walk in trade might get by with the 2... offer the customer a choice IF the traffic is light, put the grade 1 on the OS door, and 2 on the IS doors...

I'd use the 195R lever and the 140R dead bolt because they have removable cores that will make it easier to master key. I'd also go with a restricted keyway. You'll make a lot of money on trip charges and master keying that way and you may even think about that in your initial bid. Once you have the keyway and the master program the job is yours only. No one else can get the blank.

If they want a keyway like the SC1 and wont use you to master key, (In house locksmith), then explain the disadvantages of using a blank anyone can get. If they still want it then sell them the cheaper 195 and 140 locks. Don't forget to also sell the master chart too.

reasonable priced too... just sold that to a school for 2 doors... They are charging $100 deposit on the keys, JUST to make certain they get turned back in... OR to cover the cost of repinning the locks.
