In Praise of the General Offset Ratchet Screwdriver.

I saw this tool in the hardware store recently, and bought one. The design has been unchanged for many years. It is something of an economy style, with two pressed side plates riveted together to make the ratcheting handle. The business end is a phillips drive - two different sizes. It works, and continues to work til you lose it or it gets borrowed. That's as good as a hand tool gets, I reckon! Merry Christmas

Yes, Excellent tool! Chapman makes one with interchangeable bits (torx, hex, etc.).
