Lathe for Sale

formatting link
Ive just finished going through a rather nice second ops lathe that I purchased at an auction in LA a few years ago and have had in storage.

Feeler copy of the Hardinge DV-59 Second Ops lathe.

Everything runs well, 5C collet closer works fine as does cross slide and turret.

220volt, 3ph. Can be easily run from vfd or phase converter.

This is NOT a general purpose lathe, but a lathe do do specific operations. If you need a general purpose lathe..call me and Ill see what I can do for you.

Ive been an independant machine tool mechanic for the past 14 yrs in the LA area and since the economy has gone to poop down there..am home and working on projects and getting machines repaired and out for sale.

$2000 OBO..and Im quite negotiable. Might even throw in some tooling

(Posted on Craigslist..first come first serve)

If it doesnt sell..I use a shoehorn to put it in my shop...sigh.
