Hi I have just acquired a set of castings for a Stuart No. 1 engine. Complete set but missing the drawings.
Before I contact Stuarts, does anyone on the newsgroup have a set of drawings that they are willing to part with (or loan me)?

There's a slim booklet called "A beginners guide to building a Stuart No.1 Engine" by Andrew Smith (TEE Publishing). It contains a metric version of the plans.
As a beginner myself, I found it very useful when building a completely different engine as the text describes how to tackle each component.
Your library may be able to get it.
