Skippy -vs- DOT

Jerry, the judge was needed to tell the _ATF_ we were doing the right thing. We needed no assurance. The ATF needed correcting.

Of course we could have followed your lead and just ignored the ATF, same as you ignored the DOT. But now we all know how well that worked out, don't we? Looks like you're the one who should have asked someone if you were doing the right thing.

One would be sufficient..

Fred

Glad to see you are now on board Ray :) If you oppose Skippy the rabid Roo, you are all right with me! We have the roo cornered ... don't let up ... Star Speed and Battle ready ... go for the Roo juggular ... lets get rid of this over sized RAT once and for all!

Yes, I kno roos are marcupials ... but this one is all RAT ROO

Did he say anything about being pleased to have screwed many busniesses that AT owed money to?

That pallet will cost you over $40,000!

Submit a PO by email.

Example

Qu Type Price Disc Cost

2560 320H160 (mixed delays) 45.95 .40 7057.92

Upon receipt of properly shipped order, a 30% deposit will be paid within 3 days. Thereafter equal weekly payments for 4 months or the remaining balance immediately with an additional 4% discount.

The motors are ATF exempt, not NAR or TRA certified, and fully competent authority classified and approved.

Jerry

Show me.

Liar.

What authorizations?

E15 UN0186?

He is the sort of fellow who once he has "done the procedure", he is perfectly happy to enjoy the outcome. "It's just business".

I have known Gary since high school and the first three business deals I personally had go south on me were from his failure to deliver to me as a dealer. Guess who got the public wrap?

Jerry

His "pet name" is Teflon Gary.

The name sticks.

jerry, How is this statement of opinion a lie?

Or did you mean, the ATF cannot be ignored?

Oops, skipped a digit there :)

jerry, what DOT regulation(s) require labeling of rocket motor shipments, as "model aircraft parts"?

Is that the "black and white" thing, you keep referring to?

Jerry

Who owes the tax payers $40,000 in penalties??? I believe that is the last word with substance. How can "you" debate such logic??(:-)

Fred

By stating the obvious. You changed the subject.

You do not engage debates. You avoid them.

You do not honor your agreement with me. You "unilaterally change it".

Hint: Agreements are bilateral. Hint: Debates are interactive on a specified topic.

As with all of jerry's debts, he has no intention of voluntarily paying anything to anybody. Ask any of jerry's many, many creditors.

Pardon my concern, but please provide a copy of your approved DOT paperwork, via FAX, @ 301.568.0655, attention Fred Wallace.

Fred

Jerry

How can I honor the premis of such logic. I am overwelmed.

Fred

Well, I guess Jerry is back in business.. Below is an email I received. However, he still refuses to provide supporting legal DOT shipping documents, until a PO is provided. What to do, what to do? Why am I a skeptic?

"do a little dance--take a little chance"

Look at it this way. Either you will pay off the fine or generate a new one!

I assume you have $70k

Jerry

I suppose you could call the DOT and ask them if jerry is legal yet.

Or, just insist that the package be marked, "Propellant Actuated Devices". That might solve the problem.
