That's not very encouraging.... :-( we, the owners, are poor and aren't bring much in on the gate receipts

Hmmm....dunno if that's possible with the collective bargaining agreement and district wide constraints.........work environment is always the number one necessity for American workers, salary is number two.... which backs up your next statement
I'm surprised they haven't come up with a bussing plan for teachers ;-)
