[TMT] Never honored policy

Rogers is feeling severe pressure. And is too chickenshit to post to rmr personally. Especially addressing any "typical" questions head-on.

Bob, I said that there have been complaints and accusations against BK regarding the magazine, just as there have been against Jerry and his former magazine. Period. Those are facts regardless of whether the complaints and accusations against either person are justified or accurate.

I was thinking the same thing once Mr. Grayvis showed up, that 'someone' is very nervous and desperate to shut down the lines of inquiry which have been productive over the past few weeks

Here'sthe difference.

The complaints against me were for amagazine start-up that never started up (at the time) but some people INSISTED on subscribing anyway to "support it". Fine. When I decided to start refunding those people, TRA got wind of it (of course, they follow my life in excricuating detail and still do), and had an INQUISITION at the ANNUAL MEETING (the public kind not the private kind). To DISCREDIT me. I informed the gathered masses what I said above, two people rose to support me, which annoyed the BOD who cut them off and presented their LENGTHY prepared two witnesses of shills who subscribed especially so they could do somethig like this if it did not go, which they/it did. They spoke in hysterics over a simple $15 purchase that after waiting 90 days, were informed they would receive a refund on within another 90days, which they did.

But the public beating was the point not the $15 or the fact I was "doing the right thing".

Bruce Kelly on the other hand charges some $60-70 for a magazine he delivers perhaps 2-3 times a year after promising 9, and now delivers essentially 0-1 after promising 12! And is he put before a "public inquisition with prepared hysterical witnesses"? Nope.

He is given a life membership, offered to retain all positions EXCEPT TRA President and even told, "well now we will just have to give you ALL of the magazine monies we receive instead of merely the money forthe current issue you fail to produce and deliver", time after time after time.

Fairly LARGE difference in treatment and initial and final conditions I would say and HARD EVIDENCE of malfeasance at TRA.

Agreed. But look at TRA's response to these accusations. And in the case of BK, do is there any doubt that he has yet to fufil his financial commitment to the members? Do you know where the money went for the missing magazines? How big has your refund check been each year?

Please sit down and calculate, based on issues promised and paid for vs delivered, EXACTLY how much money TRA/BK owes YOU PERSONALLY. And then do the same for Jerry Irvine. Post your answers here, and let us know how long it takes YOU to collect from either of these characters.

I haven't requested one.

Far as I'm concerned, neither of them owe me anything. In Jerry's case, I was never even a subscriber.

Was that the issue where the cover is a pic of everyone from LDRS Blackrock? The reason I ask I think I might have that that issue. 'Might' as in I used to have it up until the city sewage decided to pay a visit in my basement :(

Nope, the June 1991 issue has a WAC Corporal on the cover, with coverage of a Danville launch.
