Can anyone suggest which base kit/s to start with for a 1/48 YF-16/CCV that is accurate to the original( the red,white and blue paint scheme)?
That ARII/ONAKI kit in 1/48 doesn't seem to be available anymore.

That 1/48 CCV you have is made by "KIDDYLAND" . I've never heard of them.
I wonder whether the canopy plastic is too thin on the ONAKI and there's something wrong with the wheel wells too?
That mode(the ONAKI)l has errors too. Also , I can't find it(the ONAKI model) anywhere online .
I wonder why ?
I am planning on building both a YF-16 (blue,white.read) & a CCV version in 1/48 .
Does anyone know if there is a Japanese supplier that sells the ONAKI
or the KIDDYLAND CCV
