Lancastrian conversion

Anyone bought/used the Magna Models Lancastrian conversion (for the Airfix 1:72 model)?

I'm specifically interested in knowing what the "4 decal options" are.

Cheers, James.

  1. Buy them yourself.
  2. get given then.
  3. nick them from and oppo
  4. paint them.

I built a Magne model......... once!

Are you saying that the old Frank/Air Modell vac conversions were better?

Ever try the old Contrail Avro York? Ever ~want~ to?

Yeah, yeah... I've heard all the negative vibes about Magna Models too many times before. But I just want to know what the decal options are. I'd like to build a Qantas Lancastrian but if the decal options don't include one, I'll just revert to good ol' modeling ability and scratch the conversion + markings.

If the options DO include a Qantas aircraft, then the price may be worth the decal sheet.

James.
