Anyone know whether pre-war ("yellow wings") PBY-5s had aluminum lacquer or one of the "greens" in the interior?
I've done a good amount of looking. Seems for sure at least -3s and -2s had aluminum. Can't seem to find a contemporary photo of a pre-war PBY-5 interior, tho.
Getting ready to tackle the Academy 1/72 kit in pre-war markings.
