If I have a fully constrained assembly, like a bike frame, can anyone tell me how I can somehow simplify or merge the components into a single skin so COSMOS Express can mesh it and run my solution?
I know how to do it in SolidEdge, but that doesn't help be here...please show me the way...

Save as part (2k4+, not sure if 2k3, sure not 2k1+), or if older SW, insert a part and use a joint feature.
