I'm using SP 4.0.
I am dimensioning a drawing using both English and Metric units. On some dimensions I cannot change the precision. I've tried everything and it will only display with no significant places. Am I going crazy?
Any suggestions?

Try this. Go to Document Properties/Detailing and set Trailing zeroes to show, rather than smart.
