I hope someone can help me with this. I have created several custom fittings that I need solidworks to autoroute but it will not insert these custom fittings. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to fix this problem.
Thank you, Hugh

Hugh,
Have you included Route & Connection Points (C Point)as described in the Routing help?
If you wish to start a route with one of the fittings (eg a flange or a union), then it must only have one C Point.
If all elese fails, get one of the parts supplied by SW with routing and either modify it to suit your requirements or roll back through it and see how it was built.
Note: some items (such as pipes and elbows) MUST have some of their sketches named exactly per that described in the help documentation.
Merry :-)
Thanks you for the help. I will reply back with the results soon.
Hugh
