Maybe it's a setting in Configurations...
I have a small assy, all new parts done in SW07sp4. Assy has 3 configs, in one config I hid a part, now that part does not show (not even a bounding box) in any configs, even though it's unhidden and resolved in all configs.
Anybody seen this? Anybody have any ideas how to get it back?

Did you hide the part or hide the solid body.
I right-clicked on the part in the tree, selected Hide. I don't see any body options in the assembly file.
More digging found the body option, but that wasn't it...
Turned out to be a cut in the assembly, it was cutting the entire 'missing' part, editing the Feature Scope and deselecting the 'missing' part "fixed" it...
...sheesh, operator error!
My VAR found that!
Hmmm, that would have been a hard one to diagnose by remote control without seeing the model.
