'right-click' internitent with move component

Does anyone else see intermittent 'right-click' menu behaviour in SW2004 SP1? Sometimes I can RC and sometimes nothing happens.....

yes vie had a bit of that... also menus that vanish I thought it was my mouse...maybe not
