Please don't blame the Danish that Americans misuse words by shortening them.

I'm Danish, by the way, and not the pastry sort.

I wasn't blaming the Danes for anything (well, there were the odd invasions some centuries back =8^) and your not being a pastry was more or less the point I was trying to make.
