Can someone help me with this dumb outfit. I ordered an Atlas HO Turnout on Saturday Jan. 22. I soon received an order confirmation.

I checked my Visa Card and they did put a hold on the account.

Here it is Thursday 1/26 and they removed the hold on my visa card.

No shipping confirm, no advice, no nothing. And just try to get any info about your order from their website! No help anywhere on the site. I can't contact them.

What now? Do I get my turn-out? Do I have to go elsewhere? Do I give up on them? What a stinking outfit!

I have contacted them successfully though their responses were vague - you may have a better experience. I needed to know if the IHC 2 aspect target face for signals was a two-pack. So I asked. The information I received was. Our suppliers have this in stock, please order blah blah blah.

You are rushing things a bit. It usually takes about two weeks for me to get my order, sometimes longer. But I haven't had any problems contacting them. Just don't expect an immediate answer. This isn't a
