Does anyone know how many types of Triange/Hornby Flying Scotsman 4472's were made? I've got a very old loco driven one, a Margate tender driven one and just purchased a China made model which requires some new tyres. I understand that the tyres are different for each model!!! All have been converted to DCC with no problems except the Margate one which ran in fits and starts. A long story but sorted when I realised there was a spring washer missing from the anchor screw on the rear bogie of the loco. A new washer sorted the problem.
