I can't tell you the year, but it was some considerable time ago. Personally I don't like the new formula for Mek Pak and don't use it, preferring Plastic Weld (dichloromethane).

Bought a couple
Instructions are not good for the underframes on early ones
Mouldings are good.
Best bet for quite a few DMUs, just need a Black Beetle for the 128
