Anybody else get the AMA SPAM today?

Yep...'tis sad but true.

Not that one, but I have flown the old Lite Stik and still fly mine with some cell phone batteries and charger for said cell phones. It is like flying radio-controlled rubber power...sorta'...as I would imagine it being.

Black or white. Yes or no. 0 or 1. No shades of gray. That is what kills freedom.

It was a solicitation for a Visa/Mastercard. I didn't save the email, but I'm sure someone else around here did.

Okay so how does the use of foul language facilitate communication? If you want to show anger there are other very effective ways available. I think most folks agree that our society as a whole is more crass in the past 50 years (most of which I have been aware of... you really cannot hold me responsible for things that happened when I was younger than 3 or 4). Freedom of speach is one thing... but politeness is what is missing and you loose at least 20% of your audience when you get vulgar. Bob Furr

PS Is this the same Ed that just got himself booted from another model plane group I am on? Or did you ask to leave... it was not clear.

99.9999% of ISPs don't give a damn about foul language... (Not that AOL *IS* an ISP)

Have all of you anti-AMA clowns forgotten where your DELETE button is?

Or have you joined Mallard Fillmore's "Organization for the perpetuall offended"?

Bob:

I may not have been polite to Mr. Fulmer, but if you look carefully you'll notice that I NEVER used vulgarities. I may have made one word look as if it were a vulgarity, and to be honest the vulgarity is the word I meant, but I just chose not to type it. A certain "ZARA" is the fouled mouthed person, not I.

p.s., yes, I choose to post in an anonymous mode, not because I'm afraid of anything, I just HATE SPAM!
