Mat blaze might have given up on locks but he still clueless

I'm a safe tech in Delaware, don't post much on this board, but I just saw something thats either funny or sickening or maybe both.

Do you remember Matt Blaze, the clown from university of PA who published safe manipulation information for all to see last year as well as other defeating instructions for master keying systems? I figured he had crawled back into his hole, but I was unfortunately wrong. At least it isn't about locks and safes but it could be much more damaging. I hope the authorities will deal with him appropriately.

I do a lot of GSA work, and by mistake ended up on this web page from google search:

formatting link
which is some kind of computer security board.

Scoll down a little and you find the news that Blaze just got himself more publsity in the NY Times rag, this time with instructions for "defeating" gov't wire-taps. Good job blazo. I'm sure the criminals and the terrorists appreciate your help.

What is this guy thinking? I'd almost rather he suck with locks. Anyways, figured you guys would find it interesting. No need to debate or anything, I figured no harm posting here since the liberal media has already taken care of telling the terrorists.

Good intent but old news Howie. They love this guy up there and this has been known for awhile. All you're doing by posting it is spreadin' it here too. No disrespect intended but something to think about. Usenet last forever.
