Proe 2001 with Win XP and Win 2000

Hello, I use PROENGINEER 2001 in Windows 98 SE, but i need another SO

I try to install PROE2001 in Windows XP but the installation crash.

I need know if PROE2001 can run in Windows XP or Windows 2000 PRO.
