The issue was not how many joined, but how many had a problem. So far, there's just this one. But apparently one person's complaint is enough to get you crowing "I told you so".

Hi All
Today I received an email with my NEW TRA # 09910, membership materials in process and due shortly......
The issue was due mostly in part to SPAM filters, seems they were not receiving my emails and my ISP SPAM filter is bouncing their attempts to email me.... I added them to my allow list now so there should not be any future issues
Kevin T. forwarded my info and it was acted upon at once..... Thank You Kevin..... and Thanks to the TRA membership squad for the prompt action once they had the info needed......
