New odd rocket on the market

They have come out with a new odd rocket.
it is a 18 inch diameter device with a slit up the side, they call the mini skirt rocket.
It is supported by a bi-pod structure where the motor receptacle is contained concealed underneath the skirt.
In following the rules for active recovery, unlike other products, no full beards or mustaches are used in this product.
Instead the user will be allowed to select between either "Landing Strip" or "Full Bush" active recovery devices when the skirt lifts at ejection.
