Take a real good look at the "mice type" on the McDonalds promotions, for example, which say either "No purchase necessary in 'X' and 'Y' or, more usually, "Void in 'X' or 'Y'".

1. Most other states require that the raffle - lottery and prize awards actually be awarded as initially announced by the entity operating the lottery - raffle. Otherwise its illegal and usually a "theft by deception" type criminal offense. Like in the state immediately south of you Greg.
