I realize this is a couple days early but I'm leaving for Rhode Island in a couple minutes to meet a couple old Marine buddies for a weekend and celebration of the 228th birthday of our beloved Marine Corps. Since I will probably not have access to a computer while I'm away, I thought I'd take this opportunity to wish all US Marines and former Marines out there a happy 228th.
Also, don't forget a moment of silent reflection at the stroke of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month for those who gave all in the war to end all wars.
