IPMS Ottawa - Capcon Show & Tamiya-Con Update

Hi folks,

As most of your are aware, IPMS Ottawa is hosting CAPCON 2005 and the Canadian Tamiya-Con (Open to Canadian Residents only. See our website for complete details.)

Capcon will be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2005 at the Nepean Sportsplex, in Ottawa, Ontario. The winner of the Tamiya-Con trophy will fly to Los Angeles, California in 2006 to participate in the Tamiya USA Tamiya-Con.

This year, we have sold more vendor tables than we did at our last show. If you are still interested in participating at Capcon as a Vendor, please contact us via the website immediately.

Did I read this right? The Canadian Tamiya-Con is open only to Canadians, but then again the winner will be flown to the Tamiya USA Tamiya-Con. Does not sound right to me. But then again, you are on the right track, you are limiting entry to Canadians only, hope your immigration laws will follow.
