LAVI model

IAI Lavi in 1:72, by Frans Scheve. Domestic design of a multi-rôle fighter and intended successor of the Kfir. Two prototypes were completed and flown when the project was terminated mid 1987 as a result of budgetary constraints. A third prototype was completed in 1989 as a Technology Demonstrator for the IAI and is still in flying condition today. There are strong rumours that the design was sold to China, where the Lavi soon will be born again as the Chendu F-10. Scratch built model with parts of Mirage IIIB and F-16B kits.
