Ik ga voor het eerst een schaalmodel maken van een 10 m motorjacht. Dit jachtje wil ik bestuurbaar varend maken, dus ik heb een motor nodig en een schroefasje en een schroefjee, maar hoe weet ik welk type, hoe groot en waar ik dit kan kopen?? Kan iemand mij daar mee helpen??

Je kunt de onderdelen die je zoekt bij elke modelbouwwinkel krijgen, zij kunnen je ook adviseren over type, grootte etc.

I don't think there really are rules about language, but for worldwide groups like this one, having English as the standard does make sense...
And, it is the de facto standard. Take a look at all the messages in r.m.s, and you'll see that 99.999 % of them are in English.
