you might try militaryhobbies.com they have free shipping on orders over $50 while most others have a limit of $100 or $150.
I always go there first.

Aar> Hello all,
if you're going to spend $300 or so a year, the VLS membership is a pretty good deal.
It's about $75 for the membership, but you get 28%off MSRP and free shipping. You get the full suite of VLS products catalogs and monthly updates. They also have a 40%off sale at the holidays.
It's a double bonus for me since my folks and siblings get me the membership for my birthday every year as well.
take a look at

If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, perhaps you've misunderstood the situation.
I buy the eastern european stuff (PST, ACE, Siga, etc) from down under, and even when shipped back to europe they are cheaper than locally available, go figure.
Great prices, even better service.
Also, try tracks'n'troops (sorry, can't find url) - lots of resin stuff, slower but reliable.
For Hase/Fujimi stuff, try R10 (Rainbow Ten, again, no url)
Good shopping
