If you mean the newer HH-60L and UH-60Q Dust Off birds, no. They both have dedicated medical interiors and FLIR noses, plus other bumps and bulges I don't think you can get on in aftermarket parts. That said, most Medevac BLACK HAWKS are vanilla UH-60As with a six-litter carrousel in back. The carrousel is heavy and keeps the medic from reaching the guys in back, so the Army generally leave them out. You could do a regular Black Hawk with litters on the floor and red crosses on the nose and doors -- Microscale did Huey sheets with red crosses, but getting crosses to fit will take some searching.
