Looks fine to me using either Mozilla 1.4 or IE 5.5.
I'd guess you're getting this because you don't have cookies enabled in your web-browser.
If you read down the homepage
"Nb: If you are getting "FortuneCity logos/Wallpaper" all over the pages and not SMAKR's images, you need to ENABLE Cookies to view the contents of this site."...
Simple answer, enable cookies :)
