Dimension Parenttheses in views.

In a drawing file, if I have the parentheses on the dimensions in all the views. Is there a way of turning the parerntheses of in all the views? This is after I already put them in when Tools/Options/ Documents/Details/Dimensions/Parentheses was on. In other words I changed the setting in the Options, but this did update in the Views. I looked at Display/Views but no help there.

I want to turn the parentheses off in all the views now. Any way to do it?

Any help is appreciated.

Use the filter tool (hit F5), check "Filter Dimension / Hole Callouts", somewhere in the middle. Now seclect the whole drawing sheet and all Your dimenisons will be highlighted, then go to the property manager and uncheck Parantheses in Display Options.

Use the selection filter for dimensions, window select all the dimensions on the sheet, then turn off the parentheses in the property manager.

I SELECTED THE FILTER FOR DIM/HOLE. THEN I TRIED TO SELECT THE DRAWING SHEET IN THE TREE, NO GO. BUT THEN I DID A WINDOW OF ALL THE VIEWS IN THE DRAWING, THIS HIGHLIGHT ALL DIM'S AND I CHANGED THE PARENTHESES SETTING, IT WORKED. THANK YOU I THINK YOU MEANT WINDOWING ALL THE VIEW'S WHEN YOU SAID "SELECT THE WHOLE DRAWING", SMALL POINT BUT WANT TO MAKE SURE THE PRECEDURE IS CORRECT. THANKS AGAIN.

One point, be careful when editing a bunch of different dimensions at once. SolidWorks will not be able to distiquish which action you intent when you edit dimensions with different settings, so it will attempt to set all the dims to the same settings.
