I lost the ability to have the Sheet Properties selection screen available when I open a New Solid Works Document. This happened immediately after I saved a drawing template after making a minor change in Document Properties. Any idea on how to get the Sheet Property Prompt back.

What version & SP are you on. There was/is a bug that keeps the sheet property from coming up when starting a new sheet in 2007 but think it got fixed in SP3.1 or 4

We are using SolidWorks Office Premium 2007 SP0.0
Update your users to the latest SP4.0. This was fixed in one of the
2007 SP's and there is now a checkbox in the System Options > Default Templates > 'Prompt User To Select Document Template' to control this.Regards,
