Used copies of Solidworks

I occasionally see used copies of Solidworks for sale on eBay, apparently full versions with original CDs with product key.Are these legitimate? Does having the CD's with a legitimate product key actually give one the right (or license) to use the software? I suspect not, as the prices these sell for are usually quite low.Thanks for any info.

Hi Pat, I do look to sell my preowned Solidworks professional with a plastic standard licence, let me know if you or anyone is interested. The licences cover Solidworks installation till the 2022 version.
