Hi all,

I have some photos for auction on ebay, if you are interested take a look at

Included are Akeld, Appleby East, Blaenau Ffestiniog Central, Boston Lodge Works, Broome, Charing Cross Glasgow, Cirencester Town, Heaton, Hornsea Town, Melton Constable, Newbiggin, North Berwick, Norwich City, Pickering Shed, Riccarton Junction, Rothbury, Seaton Delaval, Springburn, Stepney near Hull, Takeley, Shed at Kington and Whitby West Cliff.

I see some photos here that I recognise from standard works, aren't they copyrighted? Mike in BC

So what?

If they were dutch auctions then maybe there would be evidence of breach of copyright. As it is there is no evidence that they are other than individual photos purchased from the original copyright holder or their agent and now being sold second hand.

Books are copyright but you can sell a book on to someone else when you no longer want it. Why do you think photos are any different?

Yup they are but then I'm not selling the copyright.
