There not, collectors will pay what they need to...

Sort of. Of the *eight* billion pounds spent on TV advertising in the UK,

*six* billion goes direct to the treasury in the form of the 75% ITV levy, *one* billion covers the cost of making/showing the adverts themselves and only the remaining *one* billion is spent on making/showing actual TV programmes.

I remember a presentation where somebody said the paperless society was as likely as the paperless lavatory.

And somebody else asked them if they had ever been to rural Pakistan where they used pebbles and bowls of water.

I receive several of my monthly bills electronically, but I print them out and file them!
