Hi,
I am looking for a the best software for annotating and printing .dwg programs.
Can't warrant the cost of the complete package...
Can anyone suggest a viewer program please?

check free Bentley View for viewing and printing also the recent AC DXF/DWG formats.. dunno if annotations are possible.
