Hallo Gemeinde,
kann mir jemand bitte den Unterschied zwischen einem IRF 640N und einem IRF 640 erklären?
Der 640 soll der Ersatztyp für einen IRFS640A sein. Nun weis ich nicht welche von beiden ich bestellen soll (Reichelt)
