Question

No thanks. I am afraid I might possibly have a customer like you and that's just not worth it.

Get over it.

Obviously, the DOT did acknowledge you, we have all seen the resulting fine.

Yes it did BIG fine.

Wasn't once enough?

Infinitely more useful than you could ever be.

How did Fred commit wire fraud?

If you are applying for DOT permits, it is your responsibility to see that it is done properly

your "paperwork" was not processed (according to the DOT) because it was not valid

jerry, The DOT says your toilet paper er.. I mean your paperwork was not valid.

So what stopping you from re contacting the DOT?

Would you like Me to contact them for you?

Then why did the DOT only go after you?

Apparently, you could not achieve the simple. To make sure *your* application was formally lodged.

jerry, nobody has smaller dick than you.

Even the late John Holmes, didn't have a dick as big as the dick that you are.

Maybe you should get "over it"

Well, he'll not see this now that he's killfiled me, but the SIAR is very much alive and slowly growing. We have members not only in the USA, but overseas too. We may not be the big all powerfull group like the NAR, as we fly mostly for fun and enjoyment. We're also the only membership group that has Zero Dues to pay at this time.

As I live next door to Edwards AFB and right under the flight path of F117 flights 2 times a day and many other aircrafts flying in and out of Fox Field, Rosamond airfield and Edwards and even the shuttle flys overhead when landing at Edwards, HPR's is way out of the question. Along with being to costly for me too. Right now I'm still planing the power section for my Project Rimfire. I am a Model Rocketeer. Plus as I'm not a nar/tra member and the SIAR does not get involed wit HPR's, I'll stick to my model rockets which I enjoy flying.

Nearest HPR launch area to here is someplace way out past Mojave Space Port, not sure, but it must be something like at lest 10 miles past that place. Two low flying c130's just flew past, must ave only been about 1,000ft up. Heading northwest.

I don't use google groups at all, with the 25 newsgroups and almost 40 e-lists I'm on, my online time is mostly used reading and replaying to e-mail and yes overseeing the SIAR. I see that YOU have not watched the newsgroup that much, it's been long months since I posted the SIAR FAQ which now that you've pointed it out, I will check and make sure it's up to date and might post again. obi wan? he's nothing but a puppit.

Not true. I just don't like some of the things that you do.

True. And you enjoy doing it to some people too.

Huh? Fraud is your thing not mine.

I can't believe that you this is true since you don't have any proof of delivery receipts.

THey were already on to you when he got involved.

I'll have to trust your judgement on that one. Did it taste good?

On the other hand, if everyone around you tells you you are wrong, you would be wise to at least consider the possibility that they might be correct....

Fred doesn't control the DOT. He can't do anything more than you can, which is to submit the paperwork. No one can make DOT accept bogus paperwork.

That's faulty logic. The fact that it was not approved is not evidence that it wasn't processed. The only thing it proves is that your paperwork was not approved.

Put your tinfoil hat back on, Jerry.

If that were true, it must be the most unsuccessful conspiracy in history, since YOU are the only one in the "rocketry trade" who has had these problems. The rest of the industry manages just fine.

You couldn't do it either, so I guess that means you too have a "tiny-teeny dick". Heck, you claim you couldn't even accomplish as much as Fred did, so you're in no position to even enter a penile size contest.

No, Jerry doesn't have a state pyro ops licenses. Nor does he have the state permits for manufacturing and/or selling, importing, exporting rocket motors.

There was no "paperwork" of importance to submit. There was only a request to receive a new approval. NO result.

True. But the statement in the DOT ruling that it was never procecced was :)

Oh, the paperwork you provided was lodged all right, didn't you feel it when they fined you??

Facts not in evidence, and presented by a true immature moron..

I wonder if "big fine" would like more DOT help.. Maybe later, Buba can help with the contest.

I've purchased a few kits from US Rockets. I was pleased with the service and the kits themselves. I'm working on a few modifications to the Piston Stager right now.

It would be nice if some people could just let things go and get on with their lives and help the hobby. People who live in the past are doomed to keep repeating the same mistakes...and bore the heck out of the rest of us in the process.

Yes, "big fine" should stay with kits, I have even built a few of the older ones; but when it comes to motors, ATF, and DOT issues, he should sit down an shut up. Although I must admit, sense he is in my kill file, I only see his bits of wit when someone responds to his $hit. Then, I sometimes respond for $hits and giggles. From past postings and some that folks respond to, I can only imagine the moronic scope of most of his posts I simply don't see.
