WHen I read it, I thought it couldn't be what actually transpired. Then I spoke to some that were there & they told me it was all true. Then I read the DOT stuff and there it was all over again.

You seem to be confused, Dave. This isn't about how to avoid being "hassled by the fuzz". It's about whether or not Jerry is lying when he says the ATF told him he can manufacture rocket motors commercially without ATF permits.
However, if you don't want to avoid being hassled by the fuzz, that's fine with me. You and Jerry can thumb your nose at them all you want. Go ahead, dare them to hassle you! No one's stopping you.
It does seem odd though, that you would link legal "hassles" with a request for proof of Jerry's claim. Could it be that you too, do not believe he is telling the truth?

Jerry, how long ago were you put on notice by TRA? Over 7 years? Why do you find it suprising that no one still had a copy of your first hearing? You had your chance to "play nice" with the TRA when you asked for re-instatement, and the record of how you approached it was documenting in the TR!
You wanted TRA to just readmit you, as in your mind you'd done no wrong, but when asked questions relating to your own activity, all you did was dodge the questions! (like you do on RMR and did on ROL before you got banned in the forums there!)
Start telling the truth, and TRA might allow you back in, and maybe TRA or NAR will certifiy your motors (given proper paperwork and a check that doesn't bounce!)
