[TRA motor certs] USR

Not TRA......Kelly......it seems money is thrown his way without accountability. Do you dispute this?

It also appears that from the letter the qualifiers were more than simply meeting standards......it became personal. I will read the letter again, but I see physical threats, self perjury and picking nits as to procedures which were performed by different manufacturers..........I've recieved motors in the mail under similar circumstances by certain reputable western companies (not USR related)........no one made a stink about it. It seems it was the norm.

I'm really starting to wonder how much was 'law' and how much was outlaw by both sides in this two or three year period. But the more I look the more the look of a vendetta seems to come to the surface. It's a power struggle someone should chronicle and write a book about. A neutral based factual book.

Because Fred has a former or existing agency relationship and "duty of care". That's all. Really.

So that -is- the defining criterion.

I agree with your assessment Ray, but I still believe Frank and Paul got a free pass and that was a error in judgment on the part of the TRA BOD, which they did correct in the end.

Fred

put this speculation in the FAQ

No, but it does appear that they were merely "given a bunch of slack" for a while, on the very same "paperwork"-type issues that have generally been cited as the grounds for turning Jerry down.

I think that may be more what Fred is referring to here.

AFAIK the only reason that Tripoli was involved at all is because it is a 501c3 in existence long enough to legally conduct a raffle. Also to prevent any tax liabilities.

Pat G gave his word on the money being a pass-through and I trust that he would make damn sure that happened.

isn't that libelous?

- iz

Hmmm, I'm curious David. Are you aware of any requirements related to control of a 501(c)3, specifically is there any condition regarding control of the corporation that must be maintained in order to maintain

501(c)3 status?

- iz

AH HA!!! there it is!!!

PROOF that Ray doesn't understand what he reads!

PLEASE put this in the FAQ!

- iz

I agree, both that it was in error and that the error was corrected.

Yes.

I have no doubt of that. Like I said, if you keep biting the hand that feeds you, eventually you'll get smacked. And not likely to be fed anymore, either.

Again, I'm sure there is animosity on both sides -- how could there not be? And maybe there are some elements of a power struggle. Frankly, I don't care.

yes Christopher, obviously

I meant why did Fred decide to resurrect this now in particular. I found it conspicuous

but thank for for revealing the cynicism that keeps you from making a difference. I didn't know where you stood with that before you spoke up.

too soon to say in a public venue, its a special project I'm doing

- iz

- iz
