Two words: Health Department.
I understand BUT.... This is someone I've known for 30+ years, and I really dont want to cause a neighborhood fight or squabble over this. Last thing I want is a neighborhood war. And... at then time we had at least six old GTO's, Mustangs, Firebirds in front of our house, so I would have come off a bigger loser...... (most are all gone now:(
A few years ago our city enacted an ordnance that limited cats, and dogs to a limit of three per household, in the process grandfathering in pets one already owned. So they got to keep all of them.
