Until a recent story in SEM (from South Africa I think), I thought this was a nickname that Helen and I had cooked up for these attractive little engines, now you tell me that it is common parlance in the USA! Mind you, their somewhat rotund form, the rocker cover 'snout' and something about the angle of the back legs - er sorry - mounting lugs, does rather invite their porcine sobriquet.

I have the possibility of acquiring one of these small engines. Google proves fairly fruitless, however I did see the photo from Roland's site and the manual from Internal Fire (thanks Paul!).
Can anyone point me to any other photos or links ? Also, has anyone on the NG had any experience of these engines ?
Any idea on value ?

David -- they are ubiquitous in the US. They seem reliable, & chug away contently. Spares availability good in US.
Try the US list & search archives -- many references.
Out of curiosity, when u tried Google, did you test Google groups?
How's your Handyman these days?

Thanks for the replies so far. Sounds like an interesting little engine. Online search was through Google, but not Groups. Found a few hits when I searched Atis, no so much on Engineads.com Regards David
