I ran this post of jerry's through my jerryspeak translator, but this is all I got: "Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh"

you mean like the time you told the bomb squad that Frank Kosdon was making explosives in his garage? That was "intentional and malicious", wasn't it?

Then you should stop posting on the subject, especially mentioning me. If you don't, I will continue to kick the dog, (as it is not sleeping), until it gets up and runs away or heals to.

You provided the paperwork and I got it to DOT, as you wanted. Additionally, I never said I would insure your paperwork was acted on. What happened after the paperwork was submitted is the result of your doing, not mine. You shipped hazmat marked and labeled as "model airplane parts", to whom ever you shipped them to...

Fred, You are correct - we really don't have any idea what's going on. Beyond knowing about the $40K fine, we are left to speculate, and sometimes the speculation leads to questions about your poissible "axes." . If you know more about this sorry-ass episode than you have posted to date, and your posts certainly imply that you do, please post the "rest of the story." That way you can put an end to insinuations about yourself, and also put an end to this whole matter. Lately I've noticed a similarity between some marriage counseling and these posts - both deal with issues that never get resolved and thus become areas of conflict that raise their ugly heads whenever a new conflict starts. If you can resolve this issue by providing more information, please do so and end the conflict so we can go on to other matters, like rockets. Larry Lobdell Jr.

Fred specializes in "keeping a trump card" so when some random debate comes to the typical head where his being a narc and a poor quality of consultant, he pulls out the threat of the trump card (changing the subject) because he cannot fathom he is NOT right 100% of the time.

So he escalates or threatens.

Subject ONE.

Different subject TWO:

You shipped hazmat marked and labeled as "model

How do YOU link them?

You always do.

I ran this one through the translator also, this is what I got: Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh.

I see a trend here.

Larry,

Please don't take this wrong Larry: I have no issues to resolve with Jerry and I have stated such on this forum; what happened, and my involvement in this mess. In addition, what ever additional information I have and circumstances I am aware of, most of it will come out in due time. At this time, I have probably posted more than I should and I will not be goaded into revealing information I am not prepared to give out on this public forum. However, that being said, I'm sure some question; why not take it to private email? The reason is simple: Jerry has parsed my private email, on several occasions; reposting it to this forum, changing the context and meaning. I do not trust the individual, as I do not trust a snake and will not "take it to email".

As for as I'm concerned, the DOT administered judgment and $40K fine gives all the information needed, for a reasonable person to determine, "Jerry screwed the pooch". Did I run up a red flag when I passed his information to DOT?? Unfortunately, YES I DID. If Jerry would of been on the up and up with me, in the first place when he sent his paperwork to me, maybe the red flag would not of been necessary. I will continue to respond to Jerry's postings as "I" see fit. His best bet to restrain my postings on the subject, is to zip his yap. As for as anyone else, use your kill file; that's what I do when I have had enough of an individual's postings or a thread.

Nothing personal Larry, but you ask. I will be at LDRS, if anyone wants to discuss the issue over a beer or several in this case.

Regards, Fred Wallace

In what way, specifically?

You seem to have inferred information that is not true. For example, claiming the copies of correspondence I tendered to you were not actually sent to DOT. They were.

Prove it. The DOT says that they did not receive them. Who should we believe?

No!, not you!

The ATF. They say motors are not PADs. :)

ALWAYS trust the government. They are here to help you :)
