The bottom line is that:
1) The American population is going to be top-heavy with old farts in a few years, and I'll be one of them. 2) The cost of medical care cannot keep going up at 5 times the rate inflation, and be expected to be affordable for everyone. 3) The cost of medical insurance cannot keep going up at 15%-50% or more a year and be expected to be affordable for everyone except for maybe Bill Gates, Herb Kohl, and other (near-) billionaires.What's the solution? I wish I knew.

self-insures. It's health insurance costs $12 per month for a family. Why? Because they keep it in-house. They have their own doctors on staff. They promote fitness among employees. Maybe we all need a lesson from Quad.
