RCD für DLE - vorgeschrieben oder nicht?

Ist in einer Installation in Deutschland, die im Jahre 2003 ausgeführt wurde, ein RCD <= 30mA für einen im Badezimmer befindlichen
Durchlauferhitzer vorgeschrieben?
