Spannungseinbruch RWE 380 kV am 11.02.2010

Hallo Miteinander,
am 11.02.2010 gegen 15:30 Uhr gab es einen Spannungseinbruch vermutlich im 380-kV-Netz bei RWE (Amprion)
Weiss jemand Näheres?

Diese Berichte sind mehr auf den Ampelausfall abgestellt Interessant wäre es zu erfahren, ob dieser Spannungseinbruch auf einen Schaltfehler (3-poliger-Erdschluss) im UA Hamm-Uentrop oder auf eine andere Ursache (welche?) zurückzuführen ist.
