Hey, how did you do that, a propeller beenie with fins?

I'm not going to tell but you know you aren't supposed to be flying live payloads, including yourself. ; )

LOL!!!

Amazing, a scam that actually has a rocketry-related twist!

But you have already used the money they created in your name. You used it to buy the $1000 gold bar. They "created" it in the first place because you wanted to buy the $1000 bar but didn't have, or didn't want to use, the cash to buy it with. Since there is now a debit (on your behalf) of $1000 on their ledger, they ask you to pay back that $1000 so the credit and debit amounts are equal. The interest they charge is their "fee" for enabling you to buy something you otherwise couldn't buy. All this transaction does is increase the money supply by $1000, and contribute to inflation? But in any case, the fact remains that it is neither moral or ethical for you to keep the $1000 gold bar and not pay for it. I'm not an economist but I don't have to be one to see that you keeping the $1000 gold bar without paying for it is neither moral not ethical. Larry Lobdell Jr.

I hate to beat an (obviously) dead horse, but why limit oneself to $1000? I suggest we all, if fact everyone in the US, borrow $10M, and then refuse to repay. That way we could all retire and we would all have lots of company with whom to socialize in our copious free time.

Reminds me of a company a few years back that tried to claim they had a lossless compression algorithm that would take ANY file larger than 64K and compress it by a factor of 16. And in fact, they could continue to use the algorithm until the result was less than 4K in size. Needless to say, they were eventually exposed for the charlatans they were. I guess they forgot to take that information theory course in school.

Ridiculous on the face of it, both scenarios.

Kevin, I agree you have gone over this several times, but it's not because RMR readers don't want to understand. It is because you haven't answered the only question that really matters and we are still confused about what you personally believe. You have used the $5000 the "bank" created for you and bought some object with it. Do you, or do you not, think it is moral and ethical (right, OK, etc) for you to keep the $5000 object, and not pay the bank (CC company) the $5000 with which you bought the object? Don't confuse the matter with other explanations about where the money comes from, etc. The question is straight-forward and direct. Your choices are "YES" or "NO." All who read this forum want to hear your answer. Larry Lobdell Jr.

I agree. He's been hammered with the full force of RMR. I saw guys agreeing with each other in such a way that I thought for sure hell had finally frozen over.

LOL! Holding onto the reloads must make apogee detection a breeze!

I'm gonna use my windfall to buy Countdown hobbies and leave the old owner in a lurch...

According to Chad L. Ellis :

Plastered all over RMR as a company whose business plan includes ripping off its creditors? I sure and hell wouldn't buy from such a company, because the bankruptcy court might just catch up to it before my order is shipped. Nor would I want to be a supplier to such a company.

I'm sure Kevin believes the DSI/DRG group nonsense, but obviously, he's been duped.

The bank doesn't create money out of thin air.

When you enter into a CC agreement, you're signing a promisory note that has monetary value (as per the terms specificed therein).

The bank "monitizes" the agreement - that simply means that they lend you (or give to those you designate) money based on the monetary value of the note. The "value" of the note is added to the Bank's assets, and represents the value of the bank's holdings.

There is no "creation" of money at all. Simple lending agreement. The money may only exist on paper (or in electrons) at any given moment, but this is a desirable thing - in order to increase economic activity with a fixed amount of cash in the system.

The rest of the nonsense about factor of 10 etc, is simply an accounting practise imposed by the feds to _limit_ how much money they can lend, so the bank doesn't collapse under too many bad debts. Ie: S&L meltdown.

If you repudiate the note, you have just destroyed its monetary value and therefore stolen the "asset" from the bank.

If you enter into such an agreement knowing ahead of time you're going to renege, you have committed fraud. Not to mention violating at least one biblical commandment - "Shalt not bear false witness".

their is no need to Pay $3500 for this information.

everyone on alt.bankrupt knows this.

if you want to eliminate unsecured debt, their is a way with out going bankrupt. it is not moral by any means, but it does work. (and I don't recommend it)

make sure you don't have any large assets in your name. (homes, luxury cars, fiber glass "M" projects) transfer them to family outside your immediate long before you need to do this.

don't pay the bills on your unsecured credit. ignore all the phone calls. heck, cancle your phone number. after about 18months they will agree to pay it off real cheap.

it will go on your credit report. anything saying it won't is most likely optimistic. you can contest it , and try to remove it, what they tell you for your $3500.

I do not recommend this, but I hope it helps those who wish to screw the bank to save the $3500 from the debt scammers.

no need to talk about JP morgan and that whole mess.

Janes just another Rep. like mark or mary you can type in.

WHO are the principals in the organization, and why don't they publish their contact information ?

Other citizens pay for your actions in the form of higher interest rates, failed Stock, etc.

If you're too irresponsible to handle credit, that's no ones fault but yours. It's a good tool, if used properly.

You may declare bankruptcy if you wish.

You may move to another country if you wish.

That's the point... it is not only NOT legal, but the claims are fraudulant.

Whatever...

Let me know if you start a business. We'll see then how you feel about shoplifters and robbers.

I thought about that after sending the message and should have known someone would catch it.

A real man holds reloads in his hands....so HAH! And you should know that due to my current bulk none of the motors in my possession would have lifted me off the ground. So there!

:-)

John

Not precisely.

They cannot spend it at all.

They can ONLY loan it. And they have to guarantee it!

Disagree should.

Yes.

100,000 drums of AP please.

Not anymore.

Now a specific fraction of loans must be "secured" instead.

I can testify to that.
